The International Young Carers Conference (IYCC) 2026 brings together researchers, practitioners, policy makers, organisations, and young carers from around the world to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen support for young carers.
Under the theme “From Recognition to Action: Supporting Young Carers in a Changing World”, the conference focuses on how research, practice, and policy can work together to improve the lives of young carers and respond to societal change. The two-day conference will take place on 21–22 October 2026 in Berlin, Germany, and offers a diverse programme including research presentations, practice-based sessions, and spaces for dialogue and networking.
